Three categories of people exist for me when talking about victors, those who struggle to win, those who know how to win and those who know how to win by making others win. Every single person you celebrate as a success story, falls into one of  these categories I mentioned. Do I still need to write or have you got my message already? It is simple, when you struggle to win, you struggle to stay a winner and almost often see everybody as a threat to your survival as a winner. When you know how to win, you keep winning but may never learn the best lessons of life embedded in relationships. THE COST OF IMPACT

The biggest sacrifice of a king maker is that, he may never become a king in his life time, it is a cost worth paying for a sense of purpose and duty.  We often think, dream and plan to be big but not many people deliberately take time to count the cost. I saw this somewhere in my Bible that a wise man counts his cost before engaging in an assignment (paraphrased). How often do you really take time to weigh the cost and benefits of your actions? Honestly speaking, you are not designed to do everything even when you can do all things. I know some folks may want to question that statement, but it is the truth. Observations have shown that one of our biggest problem is the unconcious desire to be good at everything. This desire is not bad and it is sometimes achievable. Division of labour an Agent of Specialization

Every organization that must attain Maximum productivity and effective specialization must be willing to practice the theory and concept of labour division. Division of labour is the sharing of responsibilities between people of different areas of specializations. Considering the inability of humans to be totally self sufficient there is need for labour divisions which is a product of  specialization. Take for instance,the basic needs of man are food,shelter and clothing. If a collective group of individuals where to provide these basics for themselves individually then there wouldn't only be low output but inequalities which may lead to envy and eventually cause anarchy in the society. This is true because an individual may be a better farmer at the same time a weak tent maker so he would be lacking in terms of structures whereas he has plenty of food.
