I got to believe early that, opportunity does not only come once as against the theory of "opportunity comes but once". Yes, I didn't expect that to sound nice😛. However, I will explain.😄

✍️Opportunity in the first place is a chance for advancement or better said a favorable situation. Now, tell me honestly, how many favorable situations have you had in your life? Was it just once? Obviously No!

The glaring reality here is that, opportunities keep coming, although, same opportunities may not always come again and again. One thing is however certain, opportunity keeps coming like taxis shuffling a busy route. The frequency may differ for different people but, not until you have understood that perspective, you may not really get the crust of this piece🤠.
So if we are clear on that, the next and major question becomes; why or what was the reason behind your missing the last opportunity? Something was responsible and that thing needs to be dealt with else, another or even same opportunity will come and still pass. We are often encouraged to search for knowledge by people who must have discovered the importance of knowledge yet, most of them often leave out a vital word "relevant" as per relevant knowledge. 

Knowledge that's not useful is a waste of time. Take for instance, the knowledge of runway ethics does not equate the knowledge required for driving an armored car. Hence, it will be unwise to spend a major part of your life acquiring knowledge that is not and will not improve or facilitate your growth and readiness for opportunities in any way.

Please learn the relevant skill and acquire the relevant knowledge for the kind of opportunity you are expecting. You may have little knowledge on other spheres but that should not be your major. I once missed a chance because of this irrelevant knowledge matter.Thank God I later got another chance and I was more prepared this time. Don't wait to miss it the first time, learn from my folly and put yourself in order🤪 

Stop majoring on minors if you don't want to waste while waiting.😇

    Opportunity comes but once is just a myth indeed. What makes us miss it is we not having what is requires( knowledge and skills) to grab and utilise the opportunity. Thank you Sir!

If you are in Nigeria or have stayed in some parts of Nigeria, you must have heard this question "how far?" from someone. It connotes either of "what is the progress report" or "how are you doing?" We are fast moving in the fourth month of 2022 already, HOW FAR? What has changed, what has improved, what have you given up or what have you picked up towards becoming a better version of you? Life is measured in time and the value of time is in its use. It's much easier to waste it. Don't wait for anyone to ask you about the progress report of the decisions you consciously made at the beginning of the year.
