They know a lot of influential people but they are still battling to get things working.

It’s funny and sounds weird but there are still poor wise men today ðŸ˜”

It’s indeed not by power nor might, intentions are not even sufficient, there is more to life than you Know, find him.

The encyclopaedia is an invention of man, so, it would not be out of place to say, man knows more than the encyclopaedia.  What do you think? Everyday I see how people strive to learn new things and acquire more knowledge concsiously and unconsciously. Atimes it is glaring that the learning is out of compulsion and circumstances but, I do not have a challenge with that in this piece. Most underdeveloped and developing countries of the world depend on external sources like loans from the IMF, world bank and other financial institutions for the efficient financing of their budgets. This dependence accumulate to become what is known as debt.Debt is that part of a nations finance that was acquired from external sources based on stated agreements.
