THE ERROR OF CUT YOUR COAT ACCORDING TO YOUR SIZE.

If you cut your "destiny coat" according to your size, you will definitely waste some "destiny fabric" and I know you hate waste.😄

That was a reflective joke please, before I start getting questions on destiny coat😄.

I have observed one thing that has been centrally accepted by all kinds of people to play a vital role in success, it is the mind. Irrespective of religious doctrines, educational backgrounds, psychological perspectives and secular orientation the mind and mindset has never been an issue of controversy when talking about it's role in success.

My own save haven explains it this way: "as a man thinketh in his heart(mind) so is he."

You agree with that ideology right?

If the mind is that important then, we must be cautious and conscious of its growth and development because, to a great extent it defines us.
Look at it this way, the wright brothers knew about the law of gravity but had a different mindset about it. Today their mindset has made the concept of centrifugal and centripetal force more realistic at least to me. Oh! Sorry that was physics🤪

My point however is simple, cutting your coat according to your size most often preaches excessive caution and risk avoidance irrespective of calculated risk or not. The problem of that ideology is that, it helps so many people settle into the mould of mediocrity or at best average life.
I don't know what that figure of speech means to you, but if you must become a generational influence and a personality of value, then, you can not afford to cut your coat according to your size.

You don't build a conglomerate, invent new ideas, change your level or even take a step of faith by cutting your coat according to your size.
I am not in anyway advocating carelessness, frivolity and mischieve. I am advocating for bravery. I am saying become a man of faith instead of always settling with your average mind in your comfort zone. I am saying do big things and dare new things as long as they are good.
You are sure more than we know and I know you have big things in you that needs to come out.
Stop cutting your destiny coat according your size, God already paid for excess. Dream big,think big and take big steps. Sure, they may be times it will look as though you took the wrong step but have you forgotten that the harder a ball falls the higher it rises?

You are created for big things, please live your identity. See you at the top if you're not there yet.

How Far?

If you are in Nigeria or have stayed in some parts of Nigeria, you must have heard this question "how far?" from someone. It connotes either of "what is the progress report" or "how are you doing?" We are fast moving in the fourth month of 2022 already, HOW FAR? What has changed, what has improved, what have you given up or what have you picked up towards becoming a better version of you? Life is measured in time and the value of time is in its use. It's much easier to waste it.
