UNEMPLOYMENT QUAGMIRE,WHO IS TO BE BLAMED?

Every year our higher institutions of learning be it private or publìc ejects thousands of graduates into the society. And the formal(public) sector and informal(private) sector as well get to retire so many people in the society yet the unemployment rate is grossly alarming. Back in the late sixtys down to the early eighties the nigerian government was more than able to efficiently employ all its unemployed citizens which it did to some extends . But as the years kept going populational status of the country arithmetically grew and the educational standard drastically depriciated either as a result of failure on the part of the educators or the people to be educated which brings us to the focal point of this article.
. As a matter of fact most people in nigeria are not employed because they is no job for them, but that they lack the requirement and "back up " they need.
* Requirement in that the graduate are either incompetent or too dependent. If you must become citizen of class in Nigeria you must be ready to avoid the mentality of being employed alone and work towards the level of becoming an employer of labour (entrepreneurship). This particular enemy of employment can only be subdued by the personality in need of employment
* Finaly "Back up" this is an enemy that ought not to be but already is in existence . That not withstanding it has a cure . The government must deliberately choose to stand against all such of God fatherism and the applicant on their own part must learn to cultivate worthy attitude in their daily living and interaction with people as we dont know who may be our saviour in times of need

If you are in Nigeria or have stayed in some parts of Nigeria, you must have heard this question "how far?" from someone. It connotes either of "what is the progress report" or "how are you doing?" We are fast moving in the fourth month of 2022 already, HOW FAR? What has changed, what has improved, what have you given up or what have you picked up towards becoming a better version of you? Life is measured in time and the value of time is in its use. It's much easier to waste it. Don't wait for anyone to ask you about the progress report of the decisions you consciously made at the beginning of the year.
